Questions and answers

Evertrack is care management software for CQC and Ofsted registered services. Care staff record on an iPhone app, and managers and leaders work in the browser-based CMS. Care records, staff, rotas and finance sit in one system.

Supported living services, residential care homes and children's homes. Evertrack supports the CQC Single Assessment Framework and, for children's homes, the Ofsted Quality Standards, Reg 44 visits and Reg 45 reviews.

AI only prepares drafts, such as regulator notifications, risk reviews and Reg 45 narratives. A person checks and approves every one. Notification drafts use initials, not names, and your organisation can switch AI drafting off in settings.

Yes. Care staff use the Evertrack iPhone app for hourly logs, medication, incidents and safeguarding alerts. The CMS runs in a web browser, with desktop alerts for managers.

Access is set by role and by assignment, so staff only see the people they support. Every change is recorded in an audit trail, and multi-factor authentication protects sign-in.
